Bulgaria's President Rumen Radev has extended his condolences to US President Joe Biden over the victims of a mass shooting at a school in the town of Uvalde, Texas.
"This unnatural act of cruelty is a crime that should be condemned by all of us," Rumen Radev said in his condolences.
On behalf of the Bulgarian people and on his own behalf, the President expresses his sincere condolences to the relatives and friends for the loss of innocent human lives, most of them children. The Bulgarian head of state wishes a speedy recovery of the injured.
