A Bulgarian delegation, led by the Prime Minister Kiril Petkov, will visit Ukraine. In Kiev the Bulgarian Prime Minister will meet with the president of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, after which the two are going to give a joint press conference. During the visit, the Prime Minister Petkov will have a discussion with his Ukranian colleague, Denys Shmyhal, as well.
The schedule also includes a visit to the cities Borodyanka, Bucha and Irpin, where the Bulgarian representatives will become familiar with the damage and destruction caused by the Russian attacks. In Kiev, the Bulgarian delegation will hold a meeting with representatives of the Bulgarian community in Ukraine as well.
Along with the Prime Minister Kiril Petkov, the Minister of Defence Dragomir Zakov, the director of the Situation Center at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Anton Markov and the politicians Kaloyan Ikonomov, Stanislav Balabanov and Atanas Atanasov will also participate in the visit.
