Coronanvirus in Bulgaria: 167 new cases

The newly confirmed cases of coronavirus in Bulgaria over the past 24 hours are 167 from 4,085 tests, the daily report on the National Information Portal shows on June 15.

Test positivity rate is 4%.

The largest number of new infections war registered in Sofia (76), followed by Varna (14) and Plovdiv (12).

The total lab-confirmed positive cases in the country since the start of the epidemic are 1,167,314.

The active cases are 64,736.

Of the total, 271 patients are in hospitals, 30 of them being in intensive care.

During the past 24 hours:

· 2,313 recoveries;

· 329 administered doses of Covid-19 vaccines;

· 2 Covid-19 related deaths.

The number of people with full course of vaccination in the country is now 2, 060, 638.
