Coronavirus in Bulgaria: 669 new cases

The newly confirmed cases of coronavirus in Bulgaria over the past 24 hours are 669 from 8,614 tests, the daily report on the National Information Portal shows on April 20.

Test positivity rate is 7,77%.

The total lab-confirmed positive cases in the country since the start of the epidemic are 1,151,011

The active cases are 158,831.

Of the total, 990 patients are in hospitals, 116 of them being in intensive care.

During the past 24 hours:

· 2,871 recoveries;

· 1,464 administered doses of Covid-19 vaccines;

· 6 Covid-19 related deaths.

Of the daily cases, 65,47% had not been vaccinated.

Of those who died, 83,33% had not been vaccinated.

There were 110 new hospitalisations, of which 74,55% had not been vaccinated.
