TISP leader: WCC neither consult their coalition partners, nor listen to what they say, nor take notice and very often do whatever they want

Recently, incomprehensible things have been happening in the governance of the country, Slavi Trifonov, the leader of "There is Such a People" party, wrote on his official Facebook page on May 16.

Yes, I know it sounds a bit strange, given that "There is Such a People" is part of the ruling coalition, but it is a fact, adds Slavi Trifonov.

The representatives of "We Continue the Change" (WCC) in this cabinet do not consult their coalition partners, do not listen to what they say, do not take notice and very often do whatever they want. And very often this is not good for the country at all. Trifonov added that WCC representatives talk, unnecessarily, on topics they do not understand. As an example, he mentioned Finance Minister Assen Vassilev and the Prime Minister's chief of political cabinet, Lena Borislavova, who spoke on the issue of suspended gas supplies and negotiations on new energy sources. Both are incredible experts on energy, especially Lena, Trifonov said. What is worse, they say false things, for example, about the expected price of gas. And not only. They create false expectations. And they undermine the difficult negotiations, Trifonov writes.

Another example, he said, is the crisis created by the war in Ukraine and the promises made without being discussed and accepted by coalition partners. Yet another example, according to Trifonov, is "Assen Vassilev's attempt to bypass not only Parliament but also the coalition agreement on how the country will adopt the euro".

Another example., he said, is this crisis created by the war in Ukraine, a lot of people are explaining what measures will be implemented. They explain them as if they were the last resort. They explain and promise. The only difference is that none of what has been promised has yet been discussed and accepted by the coalition partners. Another example, he says, is Assen Vassilev's attempt to bypass not only the Parliament but also the coalition agreement on how the country should adopt the euro.

"I don't even have to talk to you about the problem with North Macedonia. Because everyone found out about the unregulated attempts of Kiril Petkov and his advisers to bypass the national interest," the TISP leader commented.

What happened to the promises that every day he will shine a light on a GERB scam? Where are the eight billion of stolen money that was discovered? Where is the abolition of the GERB model, given that there are GERB staff in the cabinet as ministers?

Why am I saying all this? I say it as a warning. I hope they have understood me, Trifonov says.
