The executive bureau of the Bulgarian Socialist Party (BSP) approved 18 working groups to negotiate on forming a government. They start their work tomorrow, November 23, with the energy, economy, transport and justice sectors.
The groups were appointed in implementation of a decision of the BSP National Council and a decision of the political council of the BSP for Bulgaria coalition, which gives a mandate to a negotiating team led by Kornelia Ninova, BSP leader.
