Bulgaria’s second largest city of Plovdiv, which is known for its archaeological, historical, and cultural monuments, has been nominated as one of a total of 20 places competing for the “European Best Destination” 2022 title.
This is the only Bulgarian city that participates in the ranking and it is in direct competition with world destinations such as Athens, Vienna, London, Istanbul.
Those who want to support Plovdiv in the vote can do it on the official website of the European Best Destinations.
