On December 11, at 10 a.m., President Rumen Radev will hand over a mandate to form a government to the candidate for prime minister, nominated by the largest parliamentary group in the 47th National Assembly, "We Continue the Change", the press office of the Presidency officially announced on December 10.
The candidate for Prime Minister, nominated by "We Continue the Change" party is its co-chair Kiril Petkov.
"Certainly, we will obviously be in the role of guarantor as the largest political force. So whether each of them will sign with us, or all together - you will see, I hope, a common picture. We are already talking on topics for after the signing of the coalition government agreement. For the work we have to do," Kiril Petkov told the media earlier.
The PG of "We Continue the Change" is collecting signatures for an extraordinary sitting of the National Assembly on Monday. The draft line-up of the cabinet is expected to be voted on then.
