Bulgaria’s Prime Minister Kiril Petkov is convening the Security Council, the press office of the Council of Ministers announced on January 24.
The meeting is scheduled for January 25, 2022 at 4:30 p.m.
The participants will discuss tensions over Ukraine and NATO Allies' plans to boost the Alliance's eastern flank.
The Security Council reports directly to the Prime Minister. Its main task is to analyse the state of the national security protection system, the Council of Ministers said.
