The newly confirmed cases of coronavirus in Bulgaria over the past 24 hours are 1,235 from 10,207 tests, the daily report on the National Information Portal shows on February 21.
The share of daily positive Covid-19 tests is 12%.
The total lab-confirmed positive cases in the country since the start of the epidemic are 1,067,648.
The active cases are 244,500.
Of the total, 5,402 patients are in hospitals, 577 of them being in intensive care.
During the past 24 hours:
· 3,716 recoveries, bringing the total to date to 788,106
· 838 administered doses of Covid-19 vaccines, bringing the total to date to 4,274,368.
· 44 Covid-19 related deaths, thus the death toll to date is 35,042.
Of the daily cases, 77.17% had not been vaccinated.
Of those who died, 90,91% had not been vaccinated.
There were 160 new hospitalisations, of which 87.50% had not been vaccinated.
So far, 2,037,153 people have been fully vaccinated. 671,785 have been given a booster dose.
