The newly confirmed cases of coronavirus in Bulgaria over the past 24 hours are 1,443 from 35,829 tests, the daily report on the National Information Portal shows on December 17.
Test positivity rate is at 4%.
The total lab-confirmed positive cases in the country since the start of the epidemic are 721,819
The active cases are 95,090.
Of the total, 4,791 patients are in hospitals, 551 of them being in intensive care.
During the past 24 hours:
· 1,433 recoveries, bringing the total to date to 596,796
· 87,701 administered doses of Covid-19 vaccines, bringing the total to date to 3,560,057.
· 86 Covid-19 related deaths, thus the death toll to date is 29,933.
Of the daily cases, 81.64% had not been vaccinated.
Of those who died, 87.21% had not been vaccinated.
There were 376 new hospitalisations, of which 82.98% had not been vaccinated.
*Those considered to be vaccinated had completed the course of vaccination.
