The newly confirmed cases of coronavirus in Bulgaria over the past 24 hours are 1,716 from 13,567 tests, the daily report on the National Information Portal shows on January 10. 2022.
Test positivity rate is a little above 12.6%.
The total lab-confirmed positive cases in the country since the start of the epidemic are 780,417
The active cases are 128,857.
Of the total, 5,056 patients are in hospitals, 512 of them being in intensive care.
During the past 24 hours:
· 85 recoveries, bringing the total to date to 620,004
· 6,824 administered doses of Covid-19 vaccines, bringing the total to date to 3,856,671.
· 40 Covid-19 related deaths, thus the death toll to date is 31,556.
Of the daily cases, 73.02% had not been vaccinated.
Of those who died, 82.50% had not been vaccinated.
There were 181 new hospitalisations, of which 85.08% had not been vaccinated.
*Those considered to be vaccinated had completed the course of vaccination.
