Coronavirus in Bulgaria: 1,920 new cases

The newly confirmed cases of coronavirus in Bulgaria over the past 24 hours are 1,920 from 16,525 tests, the daily report on the National Information Portal shows on March 10.

The total lab-confirmed positive cases in the country since the start of the epidemic are 1,107,888.

The active cases are 205,680.

Of the total, 2,744 patients are in hospitals, 365 of them being in intensive care.

During the past 24 hours:

· 3,776 recoveries, bringing the total to date to 866,213

· 2,691 administered doses of Covid-19 vaccines, bringing the total to date to 4,317,192.

· 31 Covid-19 related deaths, thus the death toll to date is 35,995.

Of the daily cases, 70.21% had not been vaccinated.

Of those who died, 90.32% had not been vaccinated.

There were 254 new hospitalisations, of which 82.28% had not been vaccinated.
