Coronavirus in Bulgaria: 265 new cases

The newly confirmed cases of coronavirus in Bulgaria over the past 24 hours are 265 from 4,143 tests, the daily report on the National Information Portal shows on April 11.

Test positivity rate is slightly above 6%.

The total lab-confirmed positive cases in the country since the start of the epidemic are 1,145,408.

The active cases are 169,657.

Of the total, 1,252 patients are in hospitals, 136 of them being in intensive care.

During the past 24 hours:

· 224 recoveries;

· 121 administered doses of Covid-19 vaccines;

· 8 Covid-19 related deaths.

Of the daily cases, 66,79% had not been vaccinated.

Of those who died, 100,00% had not been vaccinated.

There were 25 new hospitalisations, of which 76,00% had not been vaccinated.
