Coronavirus in Bulgaria: 3,233 new cases

The newly confirmed cases of coronavirus in Bulgaria over the past 24 hours are 3,233 from 33,803 tests, the daily report on the National Information Portal shows on November 24.

Test positivity rate is at 9.6%.

The total lab-confirmed positive cases in the country since the start of the epidemic are 679,983

The active cases are 106,572.

Of the total, 7,001 patients are in hospitals, 777 of them being in intensive care.

During the past 24 hours:

· 3,026 recoveries, bringing the total to date to 545,753

· 19,746 administered doses of Covid-19 vaccines, bringing the total to date to 3,221,605.

· 151 Covid-19 related deaths, thus the death toll to date is 27,658.

Of the daily cases, 82.15% had not been vaccinated.

Of those who died, 94.04% had not been vaccinated.

There were 734 new hospitalisations, of which 88.83% had not been vaccinated.

*Those considered to be vaccinated had completed the course of vaccination with 2 shots.
