The newly confirmed cases of coronavirus in Bulgaria over the past 24 hours are 4,626 from 25,056 tests, the daily report on the National Information Portal shows on February 18.
The share of daily positive Covid-19 tests is at 18%.
The total lab-confirmed positive cases in the country since the start of the epidemic are 1,059,192.
The active cases are 251,920.
Of the total, 5,545 patients are in hospitals, 588 of them being in intensive care.
During the past 24 hours:
· 9,866 recoveries, bringing the total to date to 772,388
· 5,703 administered doses of Covid-19 vaccines, bringing the total to date to 4,265,854.
· 105 Covid-19 related deaths, thus the death toll to date is 34,884.
Of the daily cases, 74.86% had not been vaccinated.
Of those who died, 89,52% had not been vaccinated.
There were 633 new hospitalisations, of which 85.13% had not been vaccinated.
So far, 2,034,242 people have been fully vaccinated. 666,736 have been given a booster dose.
