Coronavirus in Bulgaria: 647 new cases

The newly confirmed cases of coronavirus in Bulgaria over the past 24 hours are 647 from 9,129 tests, the daily report on the National Information Portal shows on April 14.

Test positivity rate is 7%.

The total lab-confirmed positive cases in the country since the start of the epidemic are 1,147,812

The active cases are 166,417.

Of the total, 1,134 patients are in hospitals, 131 of them being in intensive care.

During the past 24 hours:

· 990 recoveries;

· 1,744 administered doses of Covid-19 vaccines;

· 10 Covid-19 related deaths.

Of the daily cases, 63,83% had not been vaccinated.

Of those who died, 50,00% had not been vaccinated.

There were 111 new hospitalisations, of which 77,48% had not been vaccinated.
