The newly confirmed cases of coronavirus in Bulgaria over the past 24 hours are 7,034 from 39,590 tests, the daily report on the National Information Portal shows on January 14.
Test positivity rate is approximately 18%.
The total lab-confirmed positive cases in the country since the start of the epidemic are 806,977
The active cases are 142,472.
Of the total, 5,297 patients are in hospitals, 579 of them being in intensive care.
During the past 24 hours:
· 4,071 recoveries, bringing the total to date to 632,583
· 29,683 administered doses of Covid-19 vaccines, bringing the total to date to 3,971,557.
· 84 Covid-19 related deaths, thus the death toll to date is 31,922.
Of the daily cases, 74.61% had not been vaccinated.
Of those who died, 95.24% had not been vaccinated.
There were 552 new hospitalisations, of which 82.61% had not been vaccinated.
*Those considered to be vaccinated had completed the course of vaccination.
