As of March 21, the requirement for Covid-19 green certificate is lifted for all activities and events in Bulgaria.
In-person attendance classes at higher education institutions will also be reinstated, but on a scheduled basis, and no more than 50% of groups will be allowed to have practical or seminar classes at the same time, and no mixing of groups will be allowed.
Lectures will be held at 50% occupancy.
The requirement for disinfection and wearing of protective face masks by students and lecturers will remain.
