Covid-19: Several districts in Bulgaria tighten anti-epidemic measures

Anti-epidemic measures are being tightened in several districts in Bulgaria.

Blagoevgrad and Kyustendil suspend non-urgent elective surgeries and scheduled hospital admissions.

In Smolyan, mass events and indoor gatherings in night bars and restaurants are suspended.

The Municipality of Plovdiv restricts the access to its buildings. The administrative service units will work under strict compliance with the anti-epidemic measures. The temperature of the members of the public visiting the building for administrative services will be taken at the entrance.

The Crisis Management Headquarters in Bourgas will meet to discuss whether to switch schools to online learning from Monday. The district reports the highest number of quarantined students.
