A record high number of daily covid-19 infections was reported in Bulgaria on January 26.
The new cases were more than 12,000. The test positivity rate has also increased to 28%.
Eight districts in Bulgaria report record high morbidity for the past 14 days: Bourgas, Varna, Kardzhali, Pazardzhik, Sliven, Sofia-district, Targovishte and Yambol.
More than 10,000 jabs were administered in the past 24 hours. The number of those with completed vaccination course with 2 shots are under 2,000,000 million people. The number of people with a booster dose is slightly less than 580,800.
