A bus carrying workers from a cable factory crashed on the road between the villages of Syedineniye and Lyulyakovo in the coastal region of Bourgas region, South-Eastern Bulgaria. The accident occurred early in the morning on February 28, shortly before 6.00 am.
The vehicle swerved and flipped into a ditch. According to initial police data, the cause was the strong wind in the region. A hazardous weather code orange has been issued for the area today.
Eight passengers were injured, including a 50-year-old woman with a chest injury, a 36-year-old woman with a forearm injury and a 20-year-old girl also with a chest injury.
