There is no amass or deployment of troops of NATO or of any other country in Bulgaria, Bulgaria’s Minister of Defence Stefan Yanev said on January 25.
"There is no decision of the Bulgarian government for such type of movement, amass or deployment of NATO troops on Bulgarian territory," he added.
At 4.30 pm today, Prime Minister Kiril Petkov convenes the Security Council.
Participants will discuss tensions over Ukraine and NATO Allies' plans to bolster the Alliance's eastern flank.
The Security Council reports directly to the Prime Minister. Its main task is to analyze the state of the national security protection system.
