Bulgaria has completed the negotiations with the European Commission at technical level, as regards the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, Prime Minister, Kiril Petkov, announced in a post on his official Facebook page on March 25.
'I am glad that Ursula von der Leyen will soon come to Bulgaria to sign the National Plan for Recovery and Resilience,'' the PM added.
He also attached a joint photo with EC President Ursula von der Leyen.
I thank the whole team of the Ministry of Finance (and the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Energy), as well as to all the other ministries that worked so hard to get us here, Petkov concludes.
