Bulgaria’s Prime Minister, Kiril Petkov, on March 8, met with Ukrainian refugees and answered their questions about the support the Bulgarian state provides to those fleeing the war in Ukraine.
Deputy Prime Minister, Kalina Konstantinova and Innovation and Growth Minister, Daniel Lorer, also participated in the meeting.
During the talks, they discussed the assistance provided by the institutions to the refugees coming from Ukraine upon their entry to Bulgaria and during their stay in the country.
Prime Minister, Kiril Petkov, pointed out that the government is working purposefully to support Ukrainian refugees and said that since the beginning of the war this has been a key priority for the cabinet.
