Part of the procession on the ninth night of protests arrived in front of the Bulgarian National Television (BNT) in the evening on July 17.
The protesters demanded the resignation of the BNT Director General, Emil Koshlukov. They say that since he took the lead, trust in the public service broadcaster has dropped.
Earlier, there was another protest, attended by former diplomat Ilian Vassilev; former Council of Electronic Media chairpesron Maria Stoyanova; representative of the civic association “Bulgaria United with One Purpose” (BUOP) Vesislava Tancheva; former BNT journalists and citizens.
