Acting Prosecutor General, Borislav Sarafov, has submitted to the 51st Parliament a request for lifting the immunity of MP Dzheyhan Ibryamov (Alliance for Rights and Freedoms), the Prosecutor's office said on November 13.
The request for permission to continue the criminal proceedings against him is on the proposal of the Sofia City Prosecutor's Office dated November 11, 2024.
