97 Ukrainian citizens, including 50 children, are accommodated in the recreation facility of the Bulgarian Railway Company, BDZ, in the Bulgarian winter resort Panichishte after they were relocated from hotels on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast.
Ukrainians told BNT that they are satisfied and the conditions are good. However, they are worried about being far from a town where they can buy medicine and food. Volunteers from Dupnitsa are helping them and supply the most necessary goods. They have brought them everything they need.
The district administration has provided a personal doctor who will visit them.
However, the volunteers called for help from a haulier company to help transport the Ukrainians to Dupnitsa to buy food and medicine.
The accommodation faclity is located 10 km from Sapareva Banya and 25 km from Dupnitsa (South-Western Bulgaria).
