The newly confirmed cases of coronavirus in Bulgaria over the past 24 hours are 1,640 from 6,768 tests, the daily report on the National Information Portal shows on July 22.
The total lab-confirmed cases in the country since the start of the epidemic are 1,192,284.
The active cases are 16,399.
Of the total, 856 patients are in hospitals, 41 of them being in intensive care.
During the past 24 hours:
• 661 recoveries;
• 3,781 administered doses of Covid-19 vaccines;
• 6 Covid-19 related death.
Of the daily cases, 62.13% had not been vaccinated.
Of those who died, 66.67% had not been vaccinated.
There were 130 new hospitalisations, of which 75.38% had not been vaccinated.
