EU Commissioner for Neighbourhood and Enlargement, Oliver Varhelyi, on June 23, called on all parliamentary political forces in Bulgaria to take a decision on the proposal for North Macedonia and Albania today.
"We urge the Bulgarian Parliament and all parties to fulfill their engagement and put the proposal on North Macedonia and Albania on the agenda of the Pareliment today. The opposition, GERB and Boyko Borissov have already showed leadership by putting the proposal on the table. We need everybody to do the same. EU needs to move," Varhelyi, wrote on social media.
