Caretaker Prime Minister, Dimitar Glavchev, on October 3 ordered an inspection of the Kalotina border crossing (Bulgaria's border with Serbia) because of the formation of queues of cars.
The inspection will be carried out by deputy director of the Border Police, Senior Commissioner Radoslav Kulekov, and the director of the Directorate for Infrastructure Development of the Kalotina border crossing, Plamen Petrov.
Reconstruction works at Kalotina checkpoint were completed on October 1. The lanes for freight and passenger vehicles have been renovated and expanded.
