President Rumen Radev expressed condolences for the victims of the floods in Spain.

I send my heartfelt compassion and sympathies to the people of Spain over the tragic loss of lives in the deadly floods. Deepest condolenceses to the families of the victims. We stand in solidarity with Spain in the face of this devastating disaster, Bulgaria’s President wrote on social media X on October 31.

By order of caretaker Prime Minister, Dimitar Glavchev, the institutions are ready to provide assistance to the Spanish side.
