Prison staff staged a protest outside the Ministery of Justice on October 25.
Their main demands include a phased shift to working pattern based on 12 hour shifts and prevention of aggression against guards.
The trade union said it was open to dialogue with the line ministry and called for a debate on security and lawfulness. Their protest is supported by the Trade Union Federation of Ministry of Interior Employees, where they called for immediate measures to normalize social dialogue.
