On October 4, “Boets" (Bulgaria United for One Goal) civic movement submitted a complaint to the National Assembly, the President, the Council of Ministers, the Supreme Court of Cassation, the Supreme Administrative Court and the Prosecutor General for a complete annulment of the elections.
Candidates for MPs from We Continue the Change-Democratic Bulgaria (WCC-DB), Antonina Grekova and Hristo Edrev and Ivan Sotirov from "Blue Bulgaria" gave a press conference in front of the Presidency where they presented the appeal with arguments and motives.
"These elections were stolen by Peevski and GERB, there is a lot of evidence of unfair practices in the polling stations election commissions and we want this to be examined. At the moment WCC-DB has a coalition council where a decision is being made on how to proceed with the annulment of the elections," said Hristo Edrev - WCC-DB.
"Vazrazhdane" party advocated a recount of the votes from the elections.
"The law is deliberately made so that it cannot be appealed, including by the court obvious violations and this is because all parties are involved in this process. System parties they are in a cartel - they fight, but they have a common interest," said Ivan Sotirov of "Blue Bulgaria".
