Protesters gathered in front of the Interior Ministry on October 22 demanding the resignation of caretaker Minister Atanas Ilkov.
The protest was organised by “Boets" (Bulgaria United for One Goal) civic movement.
They accuse Atanas Ilkov of setting up an umbrella over vote-buying schemes of one of the participants in the election campaign.
The protesters carried umbrellas which they handed out to police officers at the protest.
The "Boets" called on political parties to convene an emergency sitting of Parliament to demand and receive the resignation of the minister.
