Strict water rationing introduced in Pleven and Lovech

As of today, November 13, in addition to Pleven, strict water restrictions are introduced in Lovech, cutting the water supply to just 10 hours a day. Under the previous rationing, water was available for 16 hours a day.

The reason for the serious measure is the prolonged drought and the reduced flow rate of water supply group "Cherni Osam".
