The Central Election Commission (CEC) on October 28 published on its website results with 100% of voting protocols processed from the October 27 early general elections held in Bulgaria on Sunday. The centre-right GERB-UDF coalition leads with 26.388% support. The reformist We Continue the Change - Democratic Bulgaria (WCC-DB) coalition comes second with 14.203% of the votes. Velichie (Grandeur) party, who had 4.01% voter support based on 99.71% of protocols processed, have dropped out of the Parliament, finishing with 3.999%.
With 100% of the protocols processed, the 51st Parliament looks even more fragmented than the previous ones. Eight formations are certain to enter the Parliament.
The results as at 17.00 on 28 October are as follows:
‘Velichie’ remained one point below the 4% threshold with 3.999%.
A total of 82,618 people chose the option "I support no one".
Turnout was nearly 38.94%, up about 5% compared to the previous elections.
The picture from the voting abroad is different. MRF founder Ahmed Dogan’s Alliance for Rights and Freedoms (ARF) has won the most votes in overseas polling stations in the October 27 elections in Bulgaria. ARF gets 22.65%, followed by We Continue the Change - Democratic Bulgaria with 20.80%

A total of 3,418 voted "I do not support anyone".
