Another rally under the slogan #Gaswithme takes place in front of the presidency in Sofia on August 24. Demonstrators are expressing their disagreement with the possible start of negotiations with Gazprom by the caretaker government.
The third #Gaswithme initiative was announced for 6 pm in front of the presidential building. Tonight, under the windows of President Rumen Radev, demonstrators will demand that the caretaker government does not bind Bulgaria to the Russian Federation through "Gazprom" again.
The protest is supported by "Democratic Bulgaria". They point out that the caretaker cabinet is restoring dependence on the Kremlin and "inevitably" leading the country towards a severe gas crisis and demand that alternative supplies be found.
