One dead after a crash in Pleven district

A serious car accident between a truck and a car occurred in Pleven region on a first-class road in the area, at the junction to Dolni Dabnik, Northern Bulgaria.

According to initial information, one person died, said the spokeswoman of the Regional Directorate of the Ministry of Interior in Pleven, senior expert Mariana Tsvetkova.

A traffic accident was reported at 13.20 on September 12, she added. Inspections are being carried out at the scene.

Road Infrastructure Agency advises motorists to drive with caution and at a reasonable speed on the detour route through the streets of Dolni Dabnik. Traffic is regulated by the "Traffic Police".
