A man died and a woman is in serious condition after a crash in the area of Elin Pelin, cemntral Western Bulgaria, on August 23. Four others were slightly injured.
The fatal road accident was reported shortly before 6.00 this morning.
The police press centre said that according to initial reports a van had turned and was hit by a car and subsequently by a HGV.
Emergency teams were immediately dispatched to the scene.
It was established that the driver of the minibus died in the accident, and a female passenger was admitted to St. Anna Hospital.
She is in a serious condition. She loast a lot of blood and had a leg amputated.
