Two migrants were detained at a petrol station near Mezdra. Workers at the petrol station noticed two people on the roof of a truck with Moldovan registration, driven by a Moldovan national. Police were immediately called.
They were found to have climbed onto the truck in the area of the Kresna Gorge without the knowledge and consent of the driver during a coffee break. The migrants identified themselves to the police as Moroccans.
They were detained for 24 hours at the Vratsa Regional Police Station.
