The GERB-UDF coalition (which won the largest share of votes in October 2 snap elections) proposes that the parties in the 48th National Assembly invite the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskiy, to deliver a live video address to the MPs during the first sitting of the Parliament.
For this purpose, GERB-UDF submitted to the National Assembly's registry a letter to the Parliament's Secretary General Gabriela Kilfanova, requesting a working meeting between all parliamentary groups.
The meeting, which is proposed to be held on 14 October 2022 at 13.00, will discuss the possibilities of reaching consensus on the proposal and the technical details of the organisation.
