Coronavirus in Bulgaria: 160 new cases

The newly confirmed cases of coronavirus in Bulgaria over the past 24 hours are 160 from 3,818 tests, the daily report on the National Information Portal shows on June 9.

The total lab-confirmed positive cases in the country since the start of the epidemic are 1,166,476.

The active cases are 70,298.

Of the total, 303 patients are in hospitals, 29 of them being in intensive care.

During the past 24 hours:

· 874 recoveries;

· 451 administered doses of Covid-19 vaccines;

· 4 Covid-19 related deaths.

Of the daily cases, 58,12% had not been vaccinated.

Of those who died, 100,00% had not been vaccinated.

There were 21 new hospitalisations, of which 57,14% had not been vaccinated.
