A serious crash between two cars happened around 11.00 on the capital's Slivnitsa Boulevard, reports BNR.
One of the drivers was injured and taken to hospital. Both drivers tested positive for drugs.
Police have already launched an investigation. It is likely that both drivers will later be arrested.
