The Minister of Regioal Development will inspect the construction of lot 3 of Hemus Мotorway

Minister of Regional Development Ivan Shishkov will inspect progress on Sepetember 13 section 3 of Hemus Motorway together with representatives of the Road Infrastructure Agency and the state-owned company "Motorways".

The construction of Hemus Motorway was unfrozen in August after it was suspended due to payment problems for several months.

Most likely, the Echemishka tunnel will be opened today and by 30 September there is an assurance that the Vitinya tunnel will be opened for traffic, Minister Shishkov said.

The builders of lots 1 and 3 of Hemus Motorway have already been paid and more documents are expected from those who are building lot 2. These three sections are expected to be constructed within the agreed timeframe.
