A senior Border Police officer on November 11 was detained metres away from the building of the Border Police Directorate on the capital's “Maria Luisa” Boulevard while receiving a 2,000 BGN bribe.
The operation was carried out by the Ministry of Interior's Internal Security Service and the Sofia city Prosecutor’s Office.
