BNT Director General, Emil Koshlukov, is a speaker at an international media forum "NEM Zagreb"

After more than 10 years of organizing the biggest and most important TV industry event in the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) region, NEM Dubrovnik, Mediavision decided there was a need for “All about content creation” event – NEM Zagreb.

The event is focused on the specific issues of media in Central and Eastern Europe.

The main idea is to stimulate content creation by connecting the biggest TV companies with content creators and to initiate co-production as well as creating channels for distribution of the products.

The conference brings together some of the biggest companies in the industry, such as Germany's ZDF, Italy's RAI, BBC, representatives from Paramount, Lionsgate, Beta, Big Light Productions, regional TV stations and many more.

During the event, BNT Director General, Emil Koshlukov, will be a speaker and panelist. He will participate in a panel on 'What are the biggest challenges one can face in a leadership role?'. He will talk about how he deals with challenging situations such as increasing cost of production and/or budget cuts, implementing new technologies and business processes to keep up with fast-developing business trends, managing the employees and keeping their motivation and productivity at a high level while considering what is best for the company, etc.

NEM Zagreb will be held from December 7 to 9.
