Coronavirus in Bulgaria: 417 new cases

The newly confirmed cases of coronavirus in Bulgaria over the past 24 hours are 417 from 1,666 tests, the daily report on the National Information Portal shows on July 18.

The test positivity rate is around 25%.

The total lab-confirmed cases in the country since the start of the epidemic are 1,184,846.

The active cases are 12,122.

Of the total, 597 patients are in hospitals, 32 of them being in intensive care.

During the past 24 hours:

• 82 recoveries;

• 101 administered doses of Covid-19 vaccines;

• 3 Covid-19 related death.

Of the daily cases, 66.19% had not been vaccinated.

Of those who died, 100% had not been vaccinated.

There were 24 new hospitalisations, of which 87.50% had not been vaccinated.
