Hailstorm covered the streets of the city of Shumen (Northern Bulgaria) with ice chunks earlier this evening, June 12. The 20 minutes hailstorm was accompanied by rain.
At the same time a hail storm hit Veliko Turnovo. BNT viewers reported that several villages in the district were without electricity and the torrential rain flooded the streets within minutes. There are also many fallen trees.
