A 41-year-old man was shot in the head at the Women's Market in Sofia. The man died on the spot, the Medical Emergency Aid said.
The assailant, a 62-year-old man with whom the victim lived in the same building, was detained, the Ministry of the Interior told BNT.
The incident was reported at 12.06 pm on November 11 by the woman with whom the victim lived. The incident occured in front of her. Discgarged bullet casings were found at the scene.
According to BNT sources, the assailant was his neighbour and the murder occurred because of a domestic dispute.

According to neighbours, the suspect is ex-military. He last worked as a shuttle-bus driver. Neighbours described him as an argumentative person, who often got involved in rows. The victim wanted an additional door installed at the entrance of the block where they lived and this probably was the cause of the dispute.
